sector chip: slec version

this my DIY version of sector chip made of brass....



first i sanded the brass medal using a grinder and reduce the size to the right thickness, then i cut the brass using a hacksaw then i manually filed it down to my own specs and fully customized for my ICS..

its a combination of an advancer and delayer chip at the same time, giving me the advantage of using any mags i plug in. even using mags with weak coils!!



say goodbye to missfeds!!!

So why brass instead of plastic? coz its more tolerant to fricton than plastics do, and will not break during high speed operation reaching more than 40 RPS... i also have a stainless steel version of this... ill post it soon

BTW big thanks to my brother Nuel for sharing his gold medal for my ICS and to Brian Ang for the medal thing idea... hehehe

naa ko project ana sa una, I think early 2006, may napost si alencore na image that time sa karaan na acm forum na gears na may chip na diy(airsofter from japan, then posted uli sa gunnerairsoft site), doon natrigger utak ko gumawa ng clone sa king arms sector chip, then alencore that time gumawa din ng ibang design.
