2 days of Speedball, 8 hours/day of battle, 8-minute/round, round-robin, 15 teams (5 teams per region), 21-man team (unlimited reserves), game site size is a 2 basketball court combined.
There will be a Regional (LUZON, VISAYAS & MINDANAO) elimination starting next year. 1 region for every quarter and championship on the last quarter of the year '09. Championship will be in Cebu.
